Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to send your online purchase back for an exchange or refund. Bought something fabulous at our pop-ups? Those returns are a no-go online, but we bet you’ll love it anyway!

Keep your goodies in their original glory—packaging and tags included. Any garment(s) that have been worn, washed, or altered, or with makeup stains and the smell of perfume, we’ll have to decline. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. Exchanges are all about what’s in stock, you can exchange up to 2 items per transaction.
